Online Accounting is cloud-based accounting process in which you have to provide basic documents like bills, vouchers, cash memos, bank statements etc. online; thereafter our team will record the transactions and you can access your accounts anytime, anywhere.
How do I sign up for an account?
To sign up, visit our pricing page, add the services in your cart and then after completing the payment you will receive a confirmation message. After receiving the confirmation message our team will contact you within 24 hours at your given credentials.
How will I submit my documents online?
Our team will assign a user specific folder that can be accessed through your google account and you can upload your documents there. You can either capture the image or select it from your device’s gallery and upload the same in that folder.
Which extension files can be uploaded?
You can upload any type of file in the assigned folder like jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, word, excel etc.
How secure is my financial data?
We take data security seriously. Our platform uses industry-standard encryption protocols, secure servers, and regular security audits to protect your financial information.
Can I import data from other accounting software?
Yes, we support data imports from various accounting systems.
Can I use the platform on mobile devices?
Yes, our platform is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. You can upload or view the documents/information both on mobile and windows/mac.
How can I access my financial reports?
You can access your financial reports in two ways:
• Directly from your laptop/desktop by using login credentials as provided by our team. Reports can be viewed online or exported in various formats.
• You can raise a request for the required reports and get the same real-time.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer 15 days free trial for new users. This trial gives you access to all features so you can evaluate our service before committing to a subscription.
Will I be charged if I cancel during the free trial?
No, if you cancel within the free trial period, you will not be charged. Ensure you cancel before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
Are there any additional fees?
